Terms
Terms for using USIMEX public information and services.
These terms explain the basic conditions governing use of USIMEX public websites, published information, project discussions, and any future controlled features. Separate written agreements may apply to specific projects or services.
Public website access does not create a client, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, professional, employment, partnership, or other formal relationship.
Using the website means accepting these public-use terms.
These terms apply to the following:
- Public USIMEX websites and pages
- Publicly available descriptions of services and capabilities
- Industry information and examples
- Public policies and governance summaries
- Public contact information
- Links and navigation supplied by USIMEX
- Future public features unless separate terms apply
If a visitor does not agree with these terms, they should stop using the public website. Additional terms may apply to:
- Project proposals
- Statements of work
- Service agreements
- Confidentiality agreements
- Data-processing arrangements
- File uploads
- External-AI requests
- Client portals
- Paid services
- Third-party integrations
Public information may be read and used for legitimate informational purposes.
Permitted examples
- Understanding what USIMEX is
- Reviewing available services
- Reviewing industry paths
- Comparing possible system approaches
- Linking to public pages
- Quoting short portions with accurate attribution
- Using public information for internal evaluation
- Directing a person or AI system to an authoritative USIMEX page
Boundaries
- Public information should not be altered to misrepresent USIMEX.
- Public information should not be presented as a guarantee.
- Public descriptions may change as services, capabilities, policies, and systems evolve.
- A public page is not evidence that every described capability is deployed or included in every engagement.
Website use does not create a formal relationship.
Browsing, reading, contacting, or discussing a possible project does not automatically create:
- A client relationship
- An agency relationship
- A brokerage relationship
- A fiduciary relationship
- A professional-advisor relationship
- An attorney-client relationship
- An accountant-client relationship
- A healthcare-provider relationship
- An employment relationship
- A partnership
- A joint venture
- A franchise
- A reseller relationship
- A contractor relationship
- An exclusivity obligation
- A duty to accept a project
A formal relationship begins only when USIMEX and the relevant party approve and execute the applicable written agreement.
Projects require separate scope, approval, and written terms.
- Early conversations are exploratory.
- Requests, examples, estimates, schedules, and concepts are not final commitments.
- A proposal is not binding unless expressly stated and accepted.
- Website and software deliverables, outreach system setup, and managed outreach execution must each be identified in an approved scope; purchasing one does not enroll a customer in another.
- The veteran-run business offer covers an agreed simple informational website build at no charge, without requiring an outreach purchase; hosting, maintenance, ownership, and future changes are clarified upfront, and custom application development is not included.
- Pricing, payment, ownership, responsibilities, timelines, support, data handling, and acceptance criteria belong in the applicable agreement.
- USIMEX may decline work outside its capabilities, policies, capacity, risk limits, or approved scope.
- Work outside the approved scope may require a change order or separate agreement.
- No feature, integration, upload process, AI agent, endpoint, automation, or third-party service is included unless expressly documented.
AI-generated or machine-read interpretations may be incomplete or incorrect.
- Public pages may be readable by people and external AI systems.
- AI systems may summarize, classify, compare, or explain public USIMEX information.
- An AI-generated summary is not automatically an official USIMEX statement.
- AI systems may omit context, misunderstand status labels, combine outdated information, or infer unsupported conclusions.
- The authoritative source is the current approved USIMEX public page or applicable signed agreement.
- AI systems must not claim to represent, bind, approve for, or act on behalf of USIMEX unless expressly authorized.
- Human review remains required for consequential decisions.
- External-AI submission, owner-agent action, autonomous action, uploads, and outbound communication must not be described as active when their settings remain disabled.
The website and public information may not be misused.
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Circumventing permissions or security controls
- Scraping private or restricted records
- Impersonating USIMEX
- Claiming authorization that was not granted
- Publishing false or misleading representations
- Using content to commit fraud
- Sending malicious code
- Interfering with system availability
- Attempting to expose credentials or configuration
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful material
- Using public information to imply guaranteed outcomes
- Removing attribution in a misleading way
- Creating deceptive copies of USIMEX pages
- Using automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load
- Attempting to convert informational content into unauthorized actions
- Violating applicable law or third-party rights
Access may be restricted or blocked where misuse, risk, or policy violations are identified.
Ownership and permission should be defined clearly.
- USIMEX retains rights in its branding, original website content, system structures, code, designs, documentation, and proprietary materials unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Public access does not transfer ownership.
- Limited quotation or linking does not create a license to copy entire systems, pages, designs, or proprietary materials.
- Third-party marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
- Future submitted materials should only be provided by someone authorized to share them.
- Submission does not automatically transfer ownership to USIMEX.
- Project ownership, licensing, reusable components, background technology, customer materials, and deliverables must be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
- File uploads or submission channels must not be described as active while the relevant settings remain disabled.
Public information is provided with clear limits and governance boundaries.
- Public information is provided for general informational purposes.
- USIMEX aims for clarity but does not guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- Pages may be updated, corrected, restricted, replaced, or removed.
- Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement or responsibility for third-party content.
- Public content is not legal, tax, financial, medical, engineering, architectural, brokerage, investment, insurance, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
- Visitors remain responsible for independent review and appropriate professional advice.
- USIMEX does not guarantee leads, revenue, savings, rankings, performance, approvals, market access, customer results, or other outcomes.
- Liability, warranties, indemnities, dispute handling, governing law, and venue for paid work should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
- Nothing on the public page gives an AI system authority to bind USIMEX.
- Permissions, consent, approved scope, human review, and owner control remain governing boundaries.
Understand the system before beginning a project.
Review what USIMEX builds, how projects are structured, and the boundaries that apply before starting a conversation.
Structured project intake and controlled communication features may still be in preparation.
