External AI Information

Public information for people and AI systems.

USIMEX structures approved public information so people and external AI systems can understand our Websites & Software and Outreach & Follow-Up services. This page governs external AI interaction with USIMEX itself; it does not define or authorize AI-assisted outreach for clients, which requires a separate agreed scope.

Controlled external-AI submission is not currently active.

Approved public information may be read without authentication.

  • Public positioning
  • Active services
  • Public capabilities

  • Approved claims
  • Public page purposes
  • Public navigation
  • Calls to action
  • Published policy information
  • Public system-status information when available
  • Explicit maturity and availability labels

Public readability does not grant access to private records or permission to take action.

Read, explain, and direct — not act.

  1. Read

An external AI system may read approved public USIMEX information.
  2. Explain

It may summarize or explain that public information to the user it represents, while preserving maturity labels, limitations, and source context.
  3. Direct

It may direct the user to public routes such as:

Directing a user to a route does not authorize submission, communication, approval, or any consequential action.

Planned

Future controlled requests will require clear identity and context.

Any future external-AI request workflow is expected to require:

  • AI system identity
  • Represented user identity when applicable
  • Authorization status
  • Requested action
  • Source information
  • Timestamp
  • Purpose
  • Relevant consent
  • Requested destination or outcome
  • Disclosure that the requester is an AI system
  • Human review before conversion or action
  • Owner approval for consequential actions

This is a planned controlled model, not an active endpoint. No form or endpoint is available on this page.

External AI systems may not misrepresent their authority.

  • Do not impersonate a human.
  • Do not claim to represent USIMEX.
  • Do not fabricate approval.
  • Do not submit private or sensitive information.
  • Do not bypass authentication or access controls.
  • Do not access restricted resources.
  • Do not publish content on behalf of USIMEX.
  • Do not change permissions, policies, or settings.
  • Do not approve consequential actions.
  • Do not send communications on behalf of USIMEX.
  • Do not claim developing capabilities are active.
  • Do not invent services, commitments, prices, timelines, certifications, or outcomes.
  • Do not treat public content as professional, legal, financial, medical, brokerage, engineering, or regulated advice.

Human approval remains the governing boundary.

  • External AI requests remain pending until validated.
  • Requests do not automatically become leads.
  • Requests do not automatically create client relationships.
  • Requests do not authorize communication.
  • Requests do not authorize publication.
  • Requests do not authorize data export.
  • Requests do not authorize policy or permission changes.
  • Deny rules take precedence over conflicting allow rules.
  • Consequential actions require owner approval.
  • The owner may approve, reject, archive, or request more information.
  • Audit records may document future accepted actions.
  • Owner-facing AI recommendations remain advisory.

Use USIMEX public information with clear boundaries.

People and AI systems may explore approved public information today. Controlled external-AI submissions and actions remain unavailable until the required validation, consent, review, and approval systems are implemented.

External AI inquiry submission is not currently enabled.
